My Mission

At A Perfect Day Wedding Coordination, my mission is to create a wedding day that is as seamless as it is unforgettable. Based out of Summit County, Colorado, I bring with me the experience of more than 100 weddings along with over 25 years in event planning, I bring expertise, organization and calm to every celebration. As your Day-of Coordinator, my goal is to ensure that every detail is handled with care so you can relax, be fully present, and enjoy every moment knowing that your special day will be A Perfect Day!

Day of Coordination Packages and Pricing

Full Day Package

Pre-Wedding Day

Communication - unlimited communication with bride/groom through text/email/telephone

Timeline Creation

Floor Plan Creation

Venue Walk-Through

Vendor Communication - confirming details, going over contracts and appointing myself as primary contact

Rehearsal -conducts the wedding rehearsal to ensure flawless timing and proper processional order 



Wedding Day


Vendor Management- oversee vendor setup and timing

Logistics and Setup - check ceremony and reception floor plans, assists with decor setup, positioning items such as guest book, place cards etc.

Ceremony Coordination -directs processional, cues music, cues officiant

Reception Flow - manages timeline of events including Grand Entrance, First Dance and Cake Cu

Problem Solving - go-to person for all unexpected problems

Guest Experience - ensures guests are seated correctly and any issues addresse

End of Evening


Send-off - coordinates couple's Grand Exit

Personal Items - ensuring all gifts/cards and personal items are collected and stored in a designated area

Load Out - oversees vendor breakdown and venue clean-up

Vendor Check-out - ensures vendors are packed and out by contracted time

Prices

Full Day up to 12 Hours

$1800

Partial Day 8 Hours

$1400

Package includes all pre-wedding services and choice of an 8 hour time block on the wedding day

Express Package 6 Hours

$1200

The express package includes all pre-wedding services and choice of a 6 hour time block on the wedding day

Prices are for Summit, Eagle and Clear Creek Counties, Colorado. Extra charges apply outside of the designated areas. For weddings over 100 guests and with extensive decor, an assistant may be required for an extra fee. $100 discount for Summit County locals.
